NYC THEATRE FIELD TRIP INTEREST MEETING

When: September 3rd, 2014 @ 5:30PM  *If you/your parents have a scheduling conflict I must be contacted prior to the meeting*

Who: Theatre II & Theatre III/IV students OR students who are participating in the after school play AND your parents or guardians!  At least 1 parent or guardian must be present if you are planning on attending the trip.

VHSL COMPETITION

CHS VHSL ONE ACT FESTIVAL INTEREST MEETING/AUDITIONS

WHO: Anyone interested in being an actor or backstage crew for the VSHL One Act Festival!

WHEN: SEPTEMBER 3rd 2014  @ 3:00 PM

WHAT: Actors: prepare a 1 minute dramatic monologue.  Crew: Fill out crew interest form.

WHERE: G100

DIRECTIONS:

1)     Take an audition form OR a crew interest form, fill it out, and get it signed by your parents. If you do not have the form signed on the date of the audition you will NOT be able to audition/participate.

2)     Sign up for an audition time if you are an actor

3)     Be prepared to attend the mandatory meeting that will happen at 3:00PM prior to auditions starting. If you are not here on September 3rd  you will not be considered to participate, unless there are extenuating circumstances that you have discussed with me prior to the date!

4)     Actors be prepared for possible call backs on September 4th

5)     Final cast and crew list will be posted on September 5th and be ready to start rehearsing on September 8th!
